Yield: 1 - 1 1/2cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp jaggery
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup milk

Method:
  1. Take ghee in pan.
  2. Add flour to it. Roast the flour till brown color.
  3. Add milk and jaggery to it and stir continuously till you get desired consistency. While stirring try not to form lumps.
  4. Milk can be substituted with water partly.
