Ingredients:

  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup farsan else use 1/2 cup thin sev and 1/2 cup khari boondi
  • 1 tsp chaat masala if available
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder or any green spicy chutney
  • 5 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients mentioned above together.
  2. Mix it in a big bowl which will give you a space to mix it well.
  3. Serve it in plate with adding extra sev and coriander leaves on top.
  4. Adding Farsan gives much enriched taste to Bhel.
  5. If you would like to have spicy or less spicy, you can adjust spicy chutney accordingly.
