Ingredients:
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 cup farsan else use 1/2 cup thin sev and 1/2 cup khari boondi
- 1 tsp chaat masala if available
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder or any green spicy chutney
- 5 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- salt as per taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients mentioned above together.
- Mix it in a big bowl which will give you a space to mix it well.
- Serve it in plate with adding extra sev and coriander leaves on top.
- Adding Farsan gives much enriched taste to Bhel.
- If you would like to have spicy or less spicy, you can adjust spicy chutney accordingly.
