This is all time favorite cake. I am trying to share simplest recipe here. I have not added too many layers for ease. If you could manage, adding more layers will even enhance taste and looks.

Ingredients:
- 2 9 inch chocolate sponge cake
- 2-3 cups vanilla butter cream icing
- 1 cup sugar water
- 1/2 cup chopped cheerios
- 9-10 cup cheerios
- 1/4 cup curled chocolate
- 1/4 cup grated chocolate
- sprinkles for decoration
Method:
- Take 1 tbsp sugar in a small bowl. Add 1 cup water and 4-5 drops of vanilla essence to it. Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Take a silver cake base and put some icing at the center so that cake won't slip from the base.
- Work on both sponge cakes with sharp knife in order to make their bases straight and remove hard layer on top and side.
- Put one sponge cake onto prepared silver base. Moist whole cake using sugar water. This is very important as time passes, icing gets dried and cake also dries. Also, this makes it easier to frost a cake.
- Frost top of sponge cake using icing knife with butter icing. Spread chopped cheerios on top evenly.
- Put another sponge cake on this. Frost it with butter icing. Frost sides as well.
- Finally, start decoration using piping bag and your favorite nosal.
- Decorate with curled chocolate, grated chocolate, cheerios and sprinkles. You can show your creativity here.
- Let it set for 1-2 hours or you can start party immediately.... :)
