- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 4-5 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
Method:
- Take a butter which is at room temperature in a mixing bowl.
- Beat it well with hand-mixer till smooth.
- Add sugar to it and beat it until everything gets incorporated well.
- Add vanilla and heavy cream.
- Beat this mixture until creamy texture.
- few tbsp of milk can be added if you need an icing to frost a cake. Consistency can be adjusted by adding milk.
