Butter Cream Icing

Yield: 2 cups
Total Time:
15-20 mins


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4-5 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter


Method:
  1. Take a butter which is at room temperature in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat it well with hand-mixer till smooth.
  3. Add sugar to it and beat it until everything gets incorporated well.
  4. Add vanilla and heavy cream.
  5. Beat this mixture until creamy texture.
  6. few tbsp of milk can be added if you need an icing to frost a cake. Consistency can be adjusted by adding milk.
