Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method:
- Take a melted butter in a bowl and add cocoa powder, sugar, salt to it. Mix it well using spatula.
- Add vanilla essence. Stir well. Add an egg. Beat it with mixer or spatula until mixture looks shiny.
- Add sifted flour and baking powder. Incorporate it well.
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
- Add walnuts to batter. Mix with spatula.
- Pour the batter in lined pan.
- Bake this for 20-25 mins until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
- Remove it from pan only when it is completely cooled.
- For perfect lines while cutting, put the brownie in freeze for 15 mins and then cut it.
- Perfect brownie is ready.
