Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Yield: 4 small Brownies
Preparation Time:
15 mins
Cooking Time:
25 mins


Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method:
  1. Take a melted butter in a bowl and add cocoa powder, sugar, salt to it. Mix it well using spatula.
  2. Add vanilla essence. Stir well. Add an egg. Beat it with mixer or spatula until mixture looks shiny.
  3. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Incorporate it well.
  4. Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
  5. Add walnuts to batter. Mix with spatula.
  6. Pour the batter in lined pan.
  7. Bake this for 20-25 mins until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
  8. Remove it from pan only when it is completely cooled.
  9. For perfect lines while cutting, put the brownie in freeze for 15 mins and then cut it.
  10. Perfect brownie is ready.
