Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 8 tbsp cocoa powder (I used Special Dark)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil (any oil can be used)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
Method:
- Preheat oven at 325 degree F. Paper line the tin.
- Take an oil in a bowl. Add sugar to it. Mix it well.
- Add cocoa powder to it. Mix with spatula.
- Add eggs to it and beat it well.
- Now add all sifted dry ingredients to this mixture. Mix everything with hand mixer.
- Batter will be somewhat thick. Add a cup of milk to this. Perfect batter is ready.
- Pour this batter in prepared tin.
- Bake in preheated oven for around 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
