Ingredients:
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted Butter
- Mix butter and sugar well. Add egg to this mixture. Beat it well.
- Add other dry ingredients.
- Knead a soft dough. Drop with cookie scoop on baking sheet. If cookie scoop is not available, ice-cream scoop can be used instead. Grease baking sheet or can use butter paper.
- Bake the cookies at 350 degree F for approximately 8-10 mins until cookies turn golden brown around edges.
