Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder

Method:

  1. Knead the flour and make a soft dough.
  2. Grind peanuts, sesame seeds and jaggery together to fine powder. This powder should be little moist because of jaggery. If its too dry, add little milk to it.
  3. Make a small ball of dough. Stuff it with above stuffing. Roll it to poli.
  4. Roast poli by putting little oil or ghee.
  5. Serve this poli with milk.
