Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
Method:
- Knead the flour and make a soft dough.
- Grind peanuts, sesame seeds and jaggery together to fine powder. This powder should be little moist because of jaggery. If its too dry, add little milk to it.
- Make a small ball of dough. Stuff it with above stuffing. Roll it to poli.
- Roast poli by putting little oil or ghee.
- Serve this poli with milk.
