Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milkmaid
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pineapple extract
- 100 ml aerated water
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- Beat liquid ingredients well. Add sifted dry ingredients to it and again beat it at least for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the batter in greased and floured cake pan and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Check readiness with toothpick.
- Cool it for atleast 10 minutes.
- Tasty pineapple sponge cake is ready for further decoration with icing.
