Eggless Pineapple Sponge Cake

Yield: one 9 inch Cake
Preparation Time:
10 mins
Cooking Time:
25 mins


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milkmaid
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp pineapple extract
  • 100 ml aerated water

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F
  2. Beat liquid ingredients well. Add sifted dry ingredients to it and again beat it at least for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter in greased and floured cake pan and place in oven for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Check readiness with toothpick.
  5. Cool it for atleast 10 minutes.
  6. Tasty pineapple sponge cake is ready for further decoration with icing.
