Instant Rawa Idli

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup medium Rawa\ semolina
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 spoon baking soda
  • 1 spoon ghee
  • 4-5 chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 10-15 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • salt as needed

Method:
  1. Crush chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and curry leaves in grinder.
  2. Mix well all other ingredients together. Rest the batter for half an hour.
  3. Add above paste to the batter.
  4. Get ready greased Idli stand.
  5. Pour the batter in stand and steam it for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Keep it in the pot for sometime once heat has been stopped.
  7. Now, serve our awesome and instant idli.
