Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup medium Rawa\ semolina
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 spoon baking soda
- 1 spoon ghee
- 4-5 chillies
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 10-15 curry leaves
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- salt as needed
Method:
- Crush chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and curry leaves in grinder.
- Mix well all other ingredients together. Rest the batter for half an hour.
- Add above paste to the batter.
- Get ready greased Idli stand.
- Pour the batter in stand and steam it for 10-15 minutes.
- Keep it in the pot for sometime once heat has been stopped.
- Now, serve our awesome and instant idli.
