Methi Paratha

Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (Atta)
  • 1 cup Fenu Greek Leaves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp carom seeds(Ajawain/Owa)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt as per your choice


Method:

  1. Mix everything together and knead the dough.
  2. Form a small ball and roll it as per required thickness.
  3. Roast this paratha by putting ghee or oil. Add little butter at the time of serving.
  4. Now enjoy Paratha. Paratha tastes awesome with youghurt or ketchup.
