Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour (Atta)
- 1 cup Fenu Greek Leaves
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp carom seeds(Ajawain/Owa)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- salt as per your choice
Method:
- Mix everything together and knead the dough.
- Form a small ball and roll it as per required thickness.
- Roast this paratha by putting ghee or oil. Add little butter at the time of serving.
- Now enjoy Paratha. Paratha tastes awesome with youghurt or ketchup.
