Mint Chutney

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 10-12 garlic cloves
  • salt as per your taste
  • sugar (optional)
  • lemon juice (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp crushed roasted ground nuts

Method:

  1. Grind together everything except ground nuts, sugar and lemon juice to fine paste.
  2. Add remaining 3 ingredients and mix them well.
  3. Serve this with main course.
  4. This can be served with snacks menu like sandwiches, Dhokala, Kachhi Dabeli etc
