This is one of my favorite dishes. Whenever I get bored of eating typical subzi-roti, I make this superfast and yet delicious roll. I am sure kids will love it.

Stuffing can be changed as per choice and availability e.g. Tomatoes can be added or any leftover subzi can be used or any subzi can be used which kids don't like to eat with chapati\roti.

Ingredients:
- 2-3 chapatis\ rotis\ fulka (fresh or leftover)
- 1/2 cup boiled and diced potatoes
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp thin sev
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 tsp red chili powder
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup or tamarind chutney
- salt to taste
- ghee\ butter for frying
Method:
- Cut one chapati in two halves shown in picture. If chapati is small in size, no need to cut it into two halves.
- Put potatoes on it in the middle of chapati.
- Add onion, red chili powder and salt as per taste.
- Garnish with thin sev and coriander leaves. (shown in picture)
- Roll it and shallow fry in ghee or butter.
- It is difficult to roll with leftover chapati. You can use toothpick in that case.
