- 1 cup rajagira flour
- salt to taste
- oil/ ghee for frying
For Bhaji:
- 1 1/2 cup boiled and diced potatoes
- 5-6 chopped green chillies
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup boiled peanuts (optional)
- 2 tbsp ghee
Method:
- Take rajagira flour and salt in bowl. Knead it to dough adding water.
- Make small balls and roll them using rolling pin.
- Deep fry them in oil/ghee till light brown color 2-3 at a time.
- Heat ghee for bhaji in pan. Add cumin seeds. Wait till they crackle.
- Add green chillies. Sauté them.
- Add potatoes and salt. Mix well till tempering gets incorporated.
- Cover the pan for 4-5 mins.
- Delicious Puri-Bhaji is ready...............
Tip:
If you don't want to eat so much oily, you can choose to roll balls of small size fulka and roast them like chapati. Put little ghee while roasting.
