Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp Ragi
  • 1 tbsp jaggery (can be adjusted as per your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk (optional\ can be substituted with water)



Method:
  1. Soak Ragi overnight\ 7-8 hours in water.
  2. Grind Ragi along with water till smooth paste.
  3. Add milk at room temperature as per baby's choice.
  4. Keep on stirring during heating.
  5. Once mixture will start thickening, add jaggery. Stir well.
  6. Stop the heat once you get the desired consistency.
  7. Pack of nutrients is ready for your baby.
