Yield: Single Serving
Time:
10-15 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 4 tbsp rose syrup
  • 6 tbsp cooked faluda sevai
  • 4 tbsp soaked sabja seeds
  • 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream

    For Garnishing:
  • slivered almonds
  • slivered pistachio
  • tutti-frutti

Method:
  1. Soak sabja seeds in water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Soak almonds and pistachio in water for 20-30 mins. This will make them taste good and slivering will be easier.
  3. Add sevai in boiled water and cook for 2 mins. Drain the water. These sevai are ready to go with Falooda.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp rose essence and 4-5 drops of red color. Milk will be ready.
  5. Now, prepare Falooda glass. Pour rose syrup in a glass.
  6. Add soaked sabja seeds. Sabja seeds don't get mixed with syrup directly so difference layers will be visible.
  7. Add boiled sevai. On top of it, add 1 big scoop of ice-cream. Pour milk in it.
  8. Add another scoop of ice-cream. Garnish with almonds, pistachio and tutti-frutti.
  9. Rose Falooda is ready to serve.
Different flavored syrup and milk with different color and essence can be used to prepare any flavored Falooda.
