- 1 cup cold milk
- 4 tbsp rose syrup
- 6 tbsp cooked faluda sevai
- 4 tbsp soaked sabja seeds
- 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
For Garnishing: - slivered almonds
- slivered pistachio
- tutti-frutti
Method:
- Soak sabja seeds in water for 15-20 minutes.
- Soak almonds and pistachio in water for 20-30 mins. This will make them taste good and slivering will be easier.
- Add sevai in boiled water and cook for 2 mins. Drain the water. These sevai are ready to go with Falooda.
- Add 1/2 tsp rose essence and 4-5 drops of red color. Milk will be ready.
- Now, prepare Falooda glass. Pour rose syrup in a glass.
- Add soaked sabja seeds. Sabja seeds don't get mixed with syrup directly so difference layers will be visible.
- Add boiled sevai. On top of it, add 1 big scoop of ice-cream. Pour milk in it.
- Add another scoop of ice-cream. Garnish with almonds, pistachio and tutti-frutti.
- Rose Falooda is ready to serve.
Different flavored syrup and milk with different color and essence can be used to prepare any flavored Falooda.
