Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soaked sabudana (How to soak sabudana?)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water (can be replaced with milk)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-3 tsp ghee/ clarified butter
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
- Heat ghee in pan. Add soaked sabudana and saute it until its texture changes.
- Add milk and water to it. Let it boil for 5 mins.
- Add sugar. Mix everything well.
- At the end add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot.
