Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Yield: Single Serving
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 10-15 mins

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soaked sabudana (How to soak sabudana?)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water (can be replaced with milk)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2-3 tsp ghee/ clarified butter
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Method:
  1. Heat ghee in pan. Add soaked sabudana and saute it until its texture changes.
  2. Add milk and water to it. Let it boil for 5 mins.
  3. Add sugar. Mix everything well.
  4. At the end add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
  5. Serve hot.
