Ingredients:
- 2 cups sabudana soaked (How to soak sabudana?)
- 3-4 chopped green chillies
- 1 small potato sliced and chopped
- 3 tbsp ghee or refined oil
- 2/3 cup crushed roasted ground nuts\ Peanuts
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds(optional. Some people do not have it for fasting)
- Mix sabudana, and crushed nuts well. Add salt to it and mix well.
- Heat ghee in pan. Add cumin seeds and green chillies.
- Add sabudana mix. Mix it well. Keep on mixing after every 1-2 minutes.
- It takes around 5-10 minutes to get khichadi cooked.
- Serve it hot with lemon and coriander leaves (if it is ok for you to have coriander leaves on fasting).
