20 mins
Cooking Time:
30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sabudana soaked overnight
  • 3/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
  • 2 tsp cumin powder (optional)
  • 2 tsp mashed green chillies
  • 1-2 tsp salt (add as per your taste)
  • 1-2 boiled potato (peeled)
  • 2 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Method:
  1. Grate potato and add other ingredients to it. Adding sugar and lemon juice to wada makes it crispy. Work till soft dough.
  2. Make small balls and press it between palms.
  3. Deep fry in ghee or oil on medium flame. This will give nice color.
  4. Serve with coconut-peanut chutney.
