Ingredients:
- 2 cups sabudana soaked overnight
- 3/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
- 2 tsp cumin powder (optional)
- 2 tsp mashed green chillies
- 1-2 tsp salt (add as per your taste)
- 1-2 boiled potato (peeled)
- 2 tsp sugar (optional)
- 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Method:
- Grate potato and add other ingredients to it. Adding sugar and lemon juice to wada makes it crispy. Work till soft dough.
- Make small balls and press it between palms.
- Deep fry in ghee or oil on medium flame. This will give nice color.
- Serve with coconut-peanut chutney.
