Yield: 3 Cups
Total Time: 10 mins

This recipe is simple with very few ingredients and still tasty. Not only babies but all other people also like this very much.
This can be very good for babies to play with at their meal time. Till babies are teething, they put everything in their mouth. So we can offer them this puffed rice. No chocking hazard tension.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups puffed rice
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • pinch of asafoetida
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method:
  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add asafoetida, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt. Saute it.
  3. Add puffed rice. Mix everything very well on simmer.
  4. Continue stirring until oil does not spread evenly on puffed rice.
  5. Once mixed, remove pan from heat. Let it cool.
  6. Store in air tight container to preserve its crispness.
