Yield: 2 servings
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sevai
  • 2 cups water+ milk (proportion can be adjusted as per taste)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup assorted dry fruits
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder

Method:
  1. Roast sevai in pan adding ghee.
  2. Add water + milk and dry fruits.
  3. Let it cook. Add extra water if sevai do not cooked. Let it thicken.
  4. Add sugar and mix it well.
  5. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder.
  6. Serve hot...........
