Ingredients:
- 1 cup sevai
- 2 cups water+ milk (proportion can be adjusted as per taste)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup assorted dry fruits
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
Method:
- Roast sevai in pan adding ghee.
- Add water + milk and dry fruits.
- Let it cook. Add extra water if sevai do not cooked. Let it thicken.
- Add sugar and mix it well.
- Add cardamom and nutmeg powder.
- Serve hot...........
