Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sevai
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 8-9 chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 2 tbsp pandharpuri dal
  • 9-10 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Method:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Roast sevai in pan until golden brown.
  2. Take it out and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  4. Add curry leaves, chillies, peanuts and dal. Sauté it for 1 minute.
