Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup any oil (Olive oil, Vegetable oil etc)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup strawberry crush (or as desired)
- food color as desired
Method:
- Crush 7-8 strawberries - around required quantity of crush should be ready.
- Beat the eggs well. Add Sugar, oil, crush and vanilla extract. Beat well again.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add them to above batter. Add color and just combine it.
- Get ready cupcake pan with butter paper. spray some oil.
- Preheat oven with 325 degree F.
- Fill each cup 2/3 and put the tray in oven for 23 minutes.
- Verify if cakes are done with toothpick by inserting it at center.
- Take the tray out and cool it for 10 minutes.
- Decorate them with icing or have it as it is. They are tasty not even decorating them.
