Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup tamarind
- 1 cup dates
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- salt as per your choice
Method:
- Wash tamarind and dates.
- Boil them separately. Mix the liquids and add other ingredients to it.
- Heat this sweet chutney for few minutes.
- This chutney can be used in other food like Bhel, Shev Puri, SPDP etc. For Pani puri, add some water if you feel.
