Ingredients:
- 1 packet boiled noodles
- 2 tbsp sliced onions
- 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger finely chopped
- 1 tsp green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp capsicum shredded
- 2 tbsp yellow capsicum
- 2 tbsp red capsicum
- 3 tbsp carrots
- 2 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp green chili sauce
- pinch of ajinomoto
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Boil water in vessel. Add noodles to it and boil it as per instructions on packet. After draining water from noodles, pour cold water on it so that it does not get cooked in the steam inside it. Add a tablespoon of oil in order to make sure they don't stick each other. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in pan. Make sure to put flame on high, it gives crisp to all vegetables.
- Saute onions in it. Add sugar, ajinomoto and salt.
- Add ginger and garlic, saute it for half a minute.
- Add green chillies, all type of capsicum, carrots, cabbage. Saute them on high flame for a while. Do not overcook them. They taste good when they are partially cooked.
- Add boiled noodles and sauces.
- Slow down the flame and mix everything well.
- Sprinkle spring onion on top.
- Serve hot with sauces. Ymmm...
